1. Overview

These Brand Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern the use of GlamFlow's name, logo, trademarks, and other brand assets ("Brand Assets") by partners, customers, press, and the public.
Proper use of our Brand Assets helps maintain the integrity of the GlamFlow brand and ensures a consistent experience for everyone who interacts with GlamFlow.

2. The GlamFlow Name

When referring to GlamFlow in text, please observe the following:
(a) Always write "GlamFlow" as one word with a capital "G" and capital "F". Do not write "Glamflow", "glamflow", "GLAMFLOW", or "Glam Flow".
(b) Do not use "GlamFlow" as a verb (e.g., avoid "GlamFlow your clinic").
(c) Do not incorporate "GlamFlow" into your own brand name, product name, or domain without written permission.

3. Logo Usage

The GlamFlow logo may only be used in accordance with these Guidelines. Permitted uses include: referring to GlamFlow as a partner or integrated platform; press and editorial coverage of GlamFlow.
Do not: (a) Alter, distort, or modify the logo; (b) Change the logo's colours or proportions; (c) Add effects such as shadows, outlines, or gradients; (d) Place the logo on backgrounds that reduce legibility; (e) Use the logo in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without prior written approval.

4. Colours and Typography

GlamFlow's primary brand colour is our signature teal (#0b8f74), complemented by warm amber (#f08c00) and neutral dark (#1f2a28).
Our primary typefaces are Avenir Next and Helvetica Neue. Do not attempt to replicate GlamFlow's visual identity for unauthorized purposes.

5. Press and Media

Members of the press may use GlamFlow Brand Assets for editorial coverage in accordance with these Guidelines. For high-resolution assets, press kit materials, or questions about coverage, please contact [email protected].

6. Partner Use

Authorized GlamFlow partners may use approved Brand Assets as specified in their partnership agreement. If you are a partner and need guidance, contact [email protected].

7. What Is Not Permitted

Without prior written permission from GlamFlow, you may not: (a) Use our Brand Assets in a way that could mislead consumers about your relationship with GlamFlow; (b) Suggest that GlamFlow endorses your products or services; (c) Use our Brand Assets in offensive or inappropriate contexts; (d) Register domain names, social media handles, or company names that incorporate "GlamFlow".
