1. Our Community

GlamFlow serves a community of beauty clinics, medical spas, salons, practitioners, and their clients across North America. We are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for everyone.
These Community Standards apply to all interactions on or through the GlamFlow platform, including support channels, community forums, and any GlamFlow-hosted events.

2. Respect and Professionalism

We expect all users to treat others with respect and professionalism. This means:
(a) Using respectful, inclusive language; (b) Avoiding personal attacks, harassment, or discrimination of any kind; (c) Engaging constructively in feedback and disagreements; (d) Respecting the confidentiality of client and business information.

3. Accurate Information

Users must not use the GlamFlow platform to spread misinformation, make false claims, or misrepresent their qualifications, services, or prices.
If you post testimonials or reviews, they must be genuine and reflect your true experience.

4. Client Privacy and Data Protection

Your clients trust you with their personal and health information. All GlamFlow users must: (a) Collect only the client information needed to provide your services; (b) Use client data only for the purposes for which it was collected; (c) Maintain appropriate security for client records; (d) Comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

5. Professional Conduct

GlamFlow is a platform for legitimate health and beauty businesses. Users must: (a) Hold all required licenses and certifications for their services; (b) Operate in compliance with applicable health, safety, and business regulations; (c) Not use the platform to facilitate illegal activities.

6. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on the GlamFlow platform: (a) Posting or sharing content that is offensive, hateful, or discriminatory; (b) Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users or GlamFlow staff; (c) Uploading malicious software or attempting to compromise platform security; (d) Using the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes; (e) Impersonating another person, business, or GlamFlow.

7. Reporting Violations

If you witness behaviour that violates these Community Standards, please report it to us at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Enforcement

GlamFlow reserves the right to take action against any user who violates these Community Standards, including issuing warnings, suspending access, or terminating accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Updates

We may update these Community Standards from time to time to reflect the evolving needs of our community. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
