By accessing or using GlamFlow's platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers ("you" or "User"). GlamFlow Inc. ("GlamFlow", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

GlamFlow provides a cloud-based clinic management platform designed for beauty clinics, medical spas, salons, and aesthetic practices. The Service includes scheduling, client management, billing, reporting, and other features as described on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify GlamFlow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your organization to create an account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

(a) Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights; (b) Transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content; (c) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; (e) Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code; (f) Harvest or collect user data without proper consent.

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during sign-up.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. GlamFlow reserves the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The Service and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of GlamFlow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or input into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant GlamFlow a limited license to use, process, and store your User Content solely to provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Our Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GLAMFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GLAMFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLAMFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

GLAMFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO GLAMFLOW IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

GlamFlow may terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
